Whether you chose to take privately or participate in group classes, you will work on the Reformer, Chair, and Springboard/Tower, while using props such as stability balls and Magic Circles.
Our group classes are about community, where you can share your desire for support, motivation, and results in a non-intimidating, safe space. The small class size (max. 5 people) allows for individual attention from your instructor to ensure proper form and alignment so you benefit the most from your workout. With a semi-private, you will receive a more individualized session than in a group class, but can do it with a friend, spouse, partner, relative, or co-worker.
Private Sessions are highly recommended for clients new to Pilates, anyone suffering from or recovering from an injury, or for those who want to deepen their Pilates practice with a customized workout tailored to their needs. In a private session, you will have the full attention of an instructor, who will introduce you to the Principals of Pilates, while assessing your goals, strengths, and body-movement restrictions. Privates can be booked at your convenience through an instructor.
