Private Sessions

Email Kara@pilatesenpointe.com to schedule your private sessions.

We require anyone new to Pilates on the equipment or if you've been out of practice for a while to start with the "New Client Special", 2 Intro Privates. This is to ensure your safety on the equipment and to make sure you know and understand the principles and fundamental exercises before the possibility of joining group classes as everyone has been through this process and there are prerequisites for moving into group classes. Private & Semi-Private Sessions

Private Pilates/Personal Training sessions are highly recommended for those newer to Pilates, anyone who is injured or has physical limitations and is looking for therapeutic exercise, or for those looking for a more advanced workout that group classes might not offer. No matter where you are in life, we will meet you where you are at. Private sessions will always be tailored to your body's needs and we will progress and move at a pace right for you. Private sessions are extremely targeted, working on correcting posture, alignment, and imbalances in the body. Sessions are 50-55 minutes long. All private sessions are booked directly through an instructor. Semi-Privates are the same as private sessions, but you can book together with a friend, spouse, relative, etc.
