
Studio Policies
Purchases: Purchases can be made in-studio with an instructor, with Kara, through our branded app or website. We accept checks, all major credit cards and can accept exact cash for services only in-studio. NO REFUNDS!
Cancellation Policy: There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for Group Classes. If you do not cancel within the 24-hour window, you will lose a session as this prohibits other clients from signing up or being added from the waitlist. There is a 12-hour cancellation policy for Private Sessions. If you do not cancel twelve hours before your apt. time, you will lose your session and the ability to reschedule.
If you are booked for any class or appointment and are a NO SHOW, you will lose your session.
Waitlist: If you are on a waitlist for a group class and someone cancels, the first person on the waitlist will automatically be added to the group class for which you are registered. The waitlist is on a first-come, first-served basis, and will follow the order of who signed up first. If you are moved from the waitlist, you will be notified through email and text if you are subscribed.
It will hold a credit (class from your pack) when added to the waitlist. If you are not moved off the waitlist or cancel yourself from the waitlist, the credit will go back into your account.

Late Policy: If it is your first time to the studio and are taking a group class, you will not be allowed in if late. This is for safety reasons and as to not disrupt the class. If it is your first time to a Private Session and are more than 10 minutes late, you will need to reschedule. Please try to be on time as it is disruptive the class when a client comes in late.

New Clients: In order to participate in any session or group class, all new clients must complete the "New Client Form" and have signed the Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability.

*In the event of inclement weather, or an emergency, classes may be cancelled. Clients will be notified through email and text (if subscribed). You will not lose a session.
