
Private/Semi-Private Sessions
Do you enjoy Personal Training and working 1-on-1 with an instructor? We offer personal Private Pilates sessions that are beneficial for those newer to Pilates wanting to master the fundamentals before joining group classes, anyone with an injury or experiencing pain, or for those wanting a more advanced session that group classes might not offer. Private sessions are targeted as they will be tailored to your body's needs and will help align and balance your body for it to reach its potential. We will design programs right for you and your body and always meet you where you are that day! ​
